"They admitted us so Nova can be seen by ENT tomorrow. I got nasty in the ED because they were determined to make this a feeding and swallowing issue, and wanted to have a meeting tomorrow to tube her. That set me off, and I was ready to walk out with her. We got to our room and met with the doctor up here, and she completely agrees with me refusing the tube. She ended up getting testy with the ED as well because they wouldnโt give her a straight answer when she asked them why they were in contact with F&S instead of ENT. I heard the ED nurse educating the nurse on our floor with what is going on, and she gave him wrong information on two occasions, trying to male it a feeding & swallowing problem. I was sure to set that record straight immediately. Iโm thankful to have a doctor who is listening and willing to do what needs to be done. She apologized to me for the ED and said sheโs going to make it right. God continues to protect our little girl. ๐๐๐"
