Saturday night Jason's grandpa, Wesley Sippola, fell at Nugent's nursing home and fractured his hip. He is 92 years old. They are telling us now that he needs surgery for the fracture to properly heal. At his age and in his condition they aren't even sure a surgeon will operate on him. It is extremely risky. On the flip side, he may have to live with pain the rest of his life, as well as the possibility of blood clots forming at the site of the fracture. We are required to make an immediate decision to either move forward with grandpa seeing a surgeon or refusing intervention. Please pray for whatever will be in grandpa's best interests.
