Hi, Pastor. Will you pass along a prayer request for us, please? We are trying to get a two piece set of equipment for Nova that will help us in so many ways. It’s a stand alone seat and stroller that go hand-in-hand. It will prevent us from having to hold her everywhere we go, yet keep her upright and comfortable so she can see everything.
The insurance company denied the claim saying it is an item of convenience. Her therapist sent a very well written appeal letter that will hopefully help them see that it’s more than just a convenience, but something we are in need of as she is growing and getting harder to hold and carry everywhere.
